LEGO Icons Flower Bouquet (10280)
A bunch of LEGO flowers you build yourself. A few evenings of building, then it sits in a vase and never wilts.

John Lewis has 462 reviews of this set, averaging 4.6 out of 5. The complaints in published reviews are about the design, not how well it’s made.
The first is the vase, because there isn’t one. The bouquet is a loose bunch of stems with nothing to hold them together, so you either buy a vase or check they’ve got one spare. The second is the lavender. It’s dozens of tiny purple pieces pushed onto stalks one at a time, and The Brothers Brick called it the most boring section of the build. Their reviewer also thought the daisies were the weakest of the six flowers.
It works best as a present for an adult who likes making things but would never buy themselves LEGO. If you’re giving it at Christmas, put a cheap vase in with it so it can go on display the same day.
What reviewers praise
- Still looks good on a shelf years later
- A calm build spread over a few evenings
- No water, no wilting
What they complain about
- No vase in the box, so it can't stand up on its own
- The lavender is slow and repetitive to put together
- Stems are top-heavy and don't like being picked up
- The daisies get lost next to the bigger flowers
- Not for
- Someone who wants a finished thing to put straight on the table. You'll need a vase, and someone has to build it.
